The English Riviera
Torquay is the capital of the English Riviera. It is a unique place where stunning coastal scenery meets twenty first century living. And the Haytor Hotel is where they meet.
We are situated on peaceful Meadfoot Road, which leads from the harbour area to the beautiful Meadfoot Bay. Basing your stay at the Haytor Hotel allows you to combine the convenience of being close to the shops, restaurants and bars of central Torquay with having spectacular cliffs and bays just a few minutes walk away. It just depends on whether you turn left or right at our gate!
The Haytor Hotel has produced a series of guides to Torquay for its guests in Adobe pdf format which can be read, downloaded and printed by clicking one of the six buttons on the right.
