  • Do you accept dogs?


    Unfortunately we can't accept pets, however registered assistance dogs are welcome.  If you have an assistance dog, please call us before making your booking to ensure we allocate a suitable room.

  • Do you have Ground floor rooms?


    YES, we have 2 ground floor rooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. To reserve a ground floor room phone us direct to make your booking on 01803 294 708

  • Do you accept children?


    We accept young people 12 years or over, but cannot accommodate younger children or babies.

  • Where can I get the best price?


    Our best tariffs are only available for direct bookings by phone or through this website, we only sell a few of our rooms through other websites and we have lower tariffs for these rooms available on our website.

  • Are you close to town?


    We are 400 metres from the Harbour as the crow flies (450m by road).  The harbour area has a wide range of places to eat and drink ranging from c chippies to Michelin starred.

  • Is smoking allowed?


    All bedrooms and inside public areas are strictly non smoking.  We have a pleasant Garden Terrace where smoking is permitted.

  • When do I pay, do you take a deposit?


    We do not normally take a deposit, however we do ask for debit or credit card details at the time of booking to secure the reservation and these may be used in event of cancellation or no show.

    We take full payment for the room when you arrive at check in.

    Other services (such as drinks in the bar), can either be paid as you go along, or charged to the room anbd settled on departure.

  • Do you have a carpark?


    Yes we have on site car parking for all rooms, with no double parking required.

  • Can you cater for special diets?


    We can routinely cater for vegetarian and gluten free diets and have soya milk and non milk spread available on request.  

    If you have other dietary needs, please call us direct to make your booking and tell us your needs at that point and we can advise what we will be able to provide.

  • Do you have disabled access?


    Yes, we have removeable ramps for manual wheels for the entrance, and ground floor rooms, one of which has been specically designed for standard width manual wheelchair users.

    We have a detailed access statement - see "Hotel Tour" and scroll down, but are very happy to talk through the facilities if you call us.

    We cannot accommodate electric wheelchairs or scooters within the building however there is space for them to be left outside and we are happy to assist with battery charging.
